Moving west, you'll find established neighborhoods like The Lakes (89117), Peccole Ranch (89145), and the master-planned community of Summerlin spanning multiple zip codes (89128, 89134, 89135, 89138, 89144). The southwest corridor — 89113, 89139, 89141, 89148, 89178 — includes Southern Highlands, Rhodes Ranch, and Mountain's Edge, among the valley's fastest-growing areas.
Henderson (89002, 89011–89015, 89044, 89052, 89074)
Nevada's second-largest city occupies the southeastern valley with some of the region's most desirable master-planned communities. Green Valley (89012, 89014, 89052, 89074) pioneered the master-planned concept in Southern Nevada.
